In 2008, she has completed the first 16 years of her career as the \u201cManager of Human Resources\u201d in Standard Bank Plc Turkey Representative and continued her professional work in the area of training and<a href=\"https:\/\/kayedek.webcozumleri.com\/\/trainer-consultant\/?lang=en\">\u00a0consultancy<\/a>\u00a0with her own company.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7abuk has directed the first centre opened in the field of mobbing \u201cMobbing Information, Research and Support Centre,\u201d also being the first project focused specifically on field research in workplace mobbing (systematic bullying and psychological pressure by colleagues). years of her working life at New York University as an academic. She has also worked in positions where she had authority over auditing, human resources, quality and legal affairs, and took on various top level management roles. For many years she worked intensively in management positions in non-governmental organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">For a significant part of her career, Dr. T\u00fcrktan took on various senior management tasks and also served as the only board member and vice chairman of the board at ABB Electric Industry, regarded as one of the world\u2019s most prestigious companies. She put her backing behind many key decisions over the company\u2019s journey from a value of $14 million to $350 million. T\u00fcrktan now provides international training within the scope of her \u201cInvitation to leadership\u201d programme, the strategy and mission of which is to \u201ctrain more leaders within companies.\u201d She has also played an active role in training successful leaders both locally and abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">T\u00fcrktan\u2019s successful career has been thanks to the positive spirit and foresight that she applies to entrepreneurship, her well timed purchasing and sales decisions, her efficient analyses and her \u201cwin-win\u201d investment techniques. She recently chose to put an end to her current business life and began managing a hotel in Bodrum. However, she was not able to completely let go of the world of business and took on positions on various boards and became the chairwoman of the Women Entrepreneurs Association. Under T\u00fcrktan\u2019s management the association has achieved its record highest number of projects and its highest ever revenue figures. She has given various training sessions and speeches on entrepreneurship and the basic economic principles for success in business life. She also presented recommendations on sustainability on behalf of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Who is Dr. G\u00fclden T\u00fcrktan?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">After graduating from Bosphorus University\u2019s Business School with BA and MA degrees, Dr. Gulden Turktan went on to receive post graduate degrees from New York University and Marmara University. She holds an MBA, an M. Phil and a Ph.D. She began her career as a research assistant and instructor at New York University. She then took on a top management position at ABB, a huge international power plant and electricity generation company in Istanbul. Erhart gives stimulating speeches on the effects of creating corporate teams and running for NGOs on corporate communications, sense of belonging and motivation and shares the ways to organize such events and their media echoes with her audience. Erhart focuses on the significance of acting as a team and speaks on ways to raise funds and create awareness through sports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step by Step reaches 12 thousand members!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Step by Step, with its 12 thousand members as of 2016, continues to mobilize individuals for social issues through endurance sports and encourages NGOs to be more transparent and accountable. Individual and corporate runners of Step by Step raise funds for their selected NGOs through sports. This model, globally known as \u201ccharity run\u201d, is implemented in Turkey for the first time by Step by Step. Step by Step runners raised TL 11 million 700 thousand from 90,000 donators and touched the lives of 60 thousand people since 2007. Using the system, each runner sends messages to 200 people to explain his or her cause. This helps raising funds and create awareness.<\/p>\n<p>It\u0131r Erhart was listed for the \u201cMaking a Difference\u201d program in 2009 for her works in civil society issues and granted with the Ten Outstanding Young Persons jury\u2019s special award in 2010.
